Odin Universal Vise

Hey Guys,
I just acquired a very unique vise and have been doing a bit of googling, trying
To find out a little more about it. I have identified the name on it as
"Odin Universal--Chicago, Illinois".
It is a fairly small width with a very large opening. It has a base that fastens to a bench or table and pivots in 3 different planes. Very different.
Does anyone on this form know a thing about this Mfg.

Thanks for the information. What kind of value would you think this has. As you can see in the pictures it came along attached to the bed of a 16" South Bend Lathe that I recently purchased.
