I picked one of these up about a year ago at $250 and it has been absolutely great for working outside at my shop. It was hard to pull the trigger with two other floor jacks in the shop already but I don't regret it. This thing is an absolute beast of a unit.

Sale price is $280.

Coupon code 287835 takes off another $50.

If you have a Northern Tool Advantage membership shipping is free. Otherwise store pick up is as well.

The Harbor Freight version of this jack is currently $320.

This looks like a nice option at a good price. The Strongway specs show it to be 10 pounds heavier than the HF which might be a consideration.

I have the HF offroad jack, it’s a game changer working on my boat trailers on grass. It doesn’t have any casters, just four fixed wheels with larger ones at the back towards the handle. It’s probably a blessing and a curse, it can be a little more challenging to get into position, but is less likely to twist or move when jacking.

I personally think the casters would be more problematic off pavement. When we pit trophy trucks all of our jacks (Pro Eagle and pneumatic air bag jacks) are slid under and pivoted on the back fixed wheels. FWIW, I have a HF jack and I think it's the best one on the market.

I really like the casters on mine. I use it a lot under the pumpkin of my truck. The casters allow me to put it diagonally under the truck so the handle doesn't hit the hitch. I've never noticed stability issues.
