I built a DIY storage shed in my backyard. My landscaper built a gravel pad fraamed with 2x4s for support. He also installed the black corrugated drain pipes as the area where the shed is is in the little drainway from the property line that then runs through the back of the yard.

After the shed was built and loaded with stuff, the flow of the water reversed, causing it to pool up in my neighbor's yard instead of flowing through my yard to the storm sewer. The landscaper came back and somehow got the shed up and put PVC pipe underneath, but the flow has not changed.

Any Ideas on how to fix this withoug tearing down the shed and starting over?

I've read this a couple of times, and can't quite wrap my head around what your saying (long work weekend, really tired).

Does the sheds roof, slope toward the neighbors?
You say it only started AFTER loading the shed up, has the shed sank and collapsed the drain pipe?

As for the shed, you built it in the drainway, thereby creating a dam. One possibility is to CHANGE the drainway (like moving a river) so it would run around and by the shed (as compared to the sound of trying to run the "river" under the shed).

Can you draw a plan view of the relevant piece of your property? and maybe a couple pics?

If i'm reading this correctly...seems like the grade was changed and is causing it to dam up and not flow like its supposed to, or the pipe is not pitched the correct way to drain.

Bevis is correct. Looking at the shed, the water used to flow from left to right. Now it is backing up, so the water is not flowing at all. The pipes need to be relaid and the ground dug so that the pipes will be lower on the right side than the left, so the drain pattern will be restored.

My big question is how to lift the shed intact so I don't have to tear it down and start again.

I will take a pic and post

Lifting it depends on how the shed was constructed and how large it is. I moved a 12x16 with 2 skidloaders. If you know someone with a skidloader, you can lift up on side at a time with forks. Most guys that have skidloaders will have forks for them or know where they can borrow a set. Another alternative would be a wrecker and a set of grappling hooks. Dig down to where you can get the hooks underneath the edge of the shed and it can be lifter or drug forward. Again it depends on the construction that you did to it.
