Offer for Craftsman on CL

Saw this on CL and was told to make an offer. Can I get some opinions on what is a decent offer? Its a 3/8 set and made in USA.

Considering the wrenches included are DOE, I'd pass. But if you had to get them, I agree, $12 bucks is the most I would pay. Better deals to be had piecing the set together though.
