Im looking for a door that will go from the office to the shop area that will minimize the amount of dust coming into the office. Any recommendations?

Put a small amount of positive pressure on the office area with your HVAC system; bring in more makeup air than you discharge. That, coupled with a good metal door with teflon seal will keep most dust out. In other words, use an exterior door instead of an interior one, so it has a good seal.

What ssdave said.
Think of the door between an attached garage and the house.
Also think about a rug on he shop side to wipe your feet on.

Do you have a door already or just a rough opening ? I'd use an exterior door (pre-hung) as it has weatherstripping/seal to slow down air movement.
