I don't have a picture, but I'm building one in my shop too. My shop has 12-foot ceilings. I made the wall studs in my office 7-foot tall. With the sill plate and the top two tie plates, that leaves my office ceiling 7'6". Obviously, it's shorter than standard. However, all I'll do in my office is sit at my desk and type. I'll have book shelves for reference material, bathroom counter cabinets for storage, and a footlocker/chest for my camera equipment. I don't need a lot of head room.
The benefit of this is that cutting the wall studs down a foot gives me an extra foot of clearance for the storage loft above the office. Above the office, I left the roof trusses exposed, so I can stand up and walk around up there (ducking between the trusses as needed). Not ideal, but I now have a 10x10 storage loft above the office, that's just a little inconvenient to walk around in, but I'll take it. It'd also be a good place to stash a water heater, A/C handler, etc.

my new shop is a morton pole building 30x60 14' side walls with a raised cord truss. That gives me 19.5 ft inside at the peak.I built a loft deck type area along one wall with 8' hight under it and across one end at 9' that will be my paint booth.Under the 8' area will be tool storage and a spot to park a car body or frame during restoration. Above this loft I have room for a 21x10 office, a7.5x7 bathroom, 7.5x3 hallway and a spot 15x10 for set up to do interrior work.over the paint booth is 15x30 for parts storage. Ceiling hight is only 4' at the out side wall but the trusses move up fairly fast so it seems to be working. Helps that I'am only 5'9 so some times it pays to be short.

My heated/air-conditioned garage is 58' x 44' x 12', and one front corner is my enclosed 16' x 16' "retirement office", with just about everything I need (fridge, sink, cable, TV/VCR, computer desk, custom storage cabinets, 16' workbench, file cabinets, display cases for my die-casts, etc.). I spend most of my time out there. :)
