I have an office of sorts in my loft. If tables, computers and printers qualify it as an office. I also have a recliner and other things.

Right now it is a mess. I have been much more focused on the first floor and not so much on the loft, it shows. That is why I have been interested in the posts about finishing the stairs and floor. I am also considering what to do about the window trim.

So for what it is worth, here are some shots. I hope people post some examples to learn from.

Cheers!

Thats what I have too is a loft. I didn't want to lose valuable floor space so I built a loft down one side with a 8' ceiling height under it. Makes it a little tight at the side wall of just over 4' but I have raised roof trusses so it moves up fairly fast to over 8'.The shop has a 19.5 height at the peak. I wont be spending that much time up there but thought it would be nice to have. I suppose i'll spend more time in the bathroom thats up there then in the office. When i get a little more done up there I'll post some pictures. I thought more guys would have one then what there seems to be.
