I agree about the COO. If you check the "Tech Specs" page, we are slowly adding the COO and other specs on there. It is a slow process, but we are getting there.

We understand your frustration and have no problem issuing a refund, whether it is to a CC or PayPal. We are very sorry that these items have been back ordered. I don't believe our company nor GearWrench were prepared to have such success with this promotion.

We are new to the online world, we have to just live and learn.

Put some made in usa tools on sale. I can buy the made in twain stuff on sale all over at local stores. Hell most of us don't even buy the stuff at garage sales when it's pennies on the dollars.

I see you found my problem children. The one cent items are items that I could not find list pricing/my cost on but were still on the list... I have to research about 100 of them tomorrow.

I would not recommend ordering them... not sure if they are still good PN's.

Just ordered the GW 84tooth cushion grip 3/8 ratchet and a socket to fill a gap on my 1/4 drive SAE tray. :rocker: Looking forward to having a new "go-to" ratchet.
Hope it's okay that I used the Facebook code for 20% with the GJ shipping code. I had trouble with the GJ 20% code, but it was my fault. I wasn't putting in the "-20". Figured that out when I did the FB code. I still listed my GJ username in comments.
