I have to say the chat thingy on the Trident site is pretty neat. Taylor checked on a few details and got my order while I was talking to her and had it packed up before we were done.

At first I thought it was going to be an automated chat thing that gives you the privilege of talking to someone in India with 20 other chats going. Pleasant surprise! Can't do no better in my book.

Winter weather

Folks!
Due to the inclement weather, we are closing early today (as in right now). Us Dallasites don't have the resources to clear the roads! Hopefully it will clear up tomorrow and we can open up.

You're going to be very happy with them. I have the 3pc, 4pc flex, and now waiting for the 2pc cushion grip set to arrive any day now from Trident. I would love for them to be quick release, but oh well! Trident's pricing and service is also the best!

I have found browsing tools on the site to be very challenging. It would be very helpful for you to add subcategories to classify tools beyond brand.

I know you can do a direct search to a specific item but it would help very much if you could tick a box for "all 11mm wrenches" for example.
