I've used the ones bora sells on a bench. It weighed somewhere areound 250 lbs. They worked well, took a fair amount of effort go get the first on each side up, but they rolled around well, and when lowered it sat on feet just fine.

I was going to do that but on my 7*12 I still sometime flip it up for vertical use and then the thing wants to roll away from me, so I put a flip up caster on the front instead.
