Brought home a fun new/old tool today..!!
It's nice offset tubing roller with a 1hp motor and interchangeable rollers. It can be wired for 120v or 220v and it has a reversible directional switch. It's a BEAST and of course, I've already put some square tubing through it just for fun.
Oh yeah... Thanks to my friend Tom for helping me unload it off my truck!!! I owe you a beer...
So, I've called the number on the metal plaque (The Astrup Co) which now goes by TriVantage (a custom fabric company). The referred me to Arc Integrated Systems (a horse stall and marine manufacturing company) which are both located in Ohio. The first person I talked to (front desk @ Trivantage) seems to be unclear that the one I have is motorized, but she is convinced she knows what I have even though nothing she's telling me matches mine. I'm getting closer but I can't find any references of this thing online anywhere. Granted I'm only a few hours in on research but if any of you OG fabricators/tinkerers out there have seen it before, shout!!!
Much appreciated..!!
