ive been trying to slow down buying tools, spent 6.5 g's last year (new auto tech) and really wanted to slow down this year and try to pay off snap on. then i got on cripe tonight to order a serp belt tool, and ended up spending 75 bucks before shipping, but got a good load of tools. todays pull:

napa fan clutch wrench/pulley holder set
kobalt serp belt tool set
armstrong 20mm wrench
gearwrench 25mm ratchet wrench
gearwrench 8inch end nipper pliers
kobalt 7pc. 3/8'' drive slotted & phillip bit set

cripe, you suckered me this time, but thanks for the deals. about 90 bucks shipped total, that about the price of the same serp belt tool from snap on or matco.

I've spent a few hundred with them in the last year. Had to stop going to their site or I'll need another toolbox!

If you're a new tech, your paying for your future profit: the more tools, the faster/easier/better you can do your job and get on to the next. Snap On tools are awesome, but as you've discovered not everything has to be top dog/top dollar. Keep buying Cripe tools when it makes sense, and save your (big) dollars for Snap On when only the best will do.

Go Cripe! And congrats on your new career, and new found frugality! :)
