You can't. The site admin has put it at the top of everyone's list as a STICKY. This is how they put info at the top of all users lists. It might be site news, info. they feel is interesting to most, user info., site rules, etc. Relax and enjoy! :bounce:

Dave pretty much explained it. I don't make many things a sticky, but I felt like this was important info. I'll take it down once the show has aired.

I really hope they re-run this episode, I meant to watch, and then totally forgot to tape it as I had to go into work Christmas night.

I didn't see it on the HGTV website either, but they have it listed in the Program Guide as "HREZD-108" with no show title and "TBA" for the episode.

Not sure why...

but the HGTV Program Guide only has it listed as #108 TBA.

Anyway we were pleased with the results though it sure went quick!

Some nice shots of the cars, showroom, bar room and house but not much of the shop.

Our episode of ReZONED is gonna be re-broadcast this Sunday at 6PM CST then followed at 8:30PM with our neighbors who renovated an old blacksmith shop.

You know, while your garage is really cool (I thought the retention of the "showroom" layout was fantastic), I was actually more impressed with your living quarters. The kitchen and the flooring in particular stood out for me. Did you and your wife do the interior design, or was it professionally done? Kudos to both of you for preserving the overall feel and look of the building while turning into an incredible showplace. My hat is off to you. :pimpflash

I saw the show! I'm right down the road but I had to go to Detroit to see it (Mother-n-law's house, we don't have cable)

That is a neat place you have, well done. I like that whole area, downtown Waukesha is a pretty town.

My brother bike races every summer there for super week, are you near the course?

My wife did all the design work and was the general contractor for the entire project.

She purcahsed all the materials including the elevator and the tile for the floor.

We did the inititial gutting of the building before the roof deomolition. We also did our own electrical work, cabling, all the staining /varnishing, finish carpentry, glass block and tile work ( Floors and bathrooms) all of which saved us a ton of money.

This place looks expensive however due to our efforts, we were able to do it for less than had we purchased a vacant lot and built a house.

Yes ...Waukesha is a nice little city. The finish line for the Carl Zach Memorial Bike race is right in front of my house....My favorite downtown event becuase we meet people from all over the world!
