Generic Asian import knockoff of a Delta. There's a couple different versions of wood/metal saws, one type only slows the blade enough to cut non ferrous metals, other has more speed reduction and can cut steel. Do you know what this one is?

Looks just like my reliant delta clone, I put a riser block in mine to resaw up to 12" I upgraded the guides also, the ones on that look good I bought it in 92 new it has gotten a lot of use.
