Looks home made, got it from a service station demo. Has 110v motor on pump, hose comes from inside drum through oil filter to the pump, then out on a 1/4" hydraulic or air line with a quick connect fitting, mounted to a 20-30 gallon drum. Anyone know what it was used for?

My guess is hydraulic fluid dispensing. Found out many (too many!) years ago that hydraulic fluid was not "clean" when you received it in bulk!

At one former job, our hydraulic components sales engineer said exactly the same thing. We made construction lift equipment, and our company bought somewhere in the neighborhood of 150K gallons of Dextron ATF per year.
