oil drain pan that doesn't leak?

If you know anyone in the fire department, ask them for a foam container, they are square and stackable with a sealed large 2.5" cap. The natural plastic color is the way to go as you can see the level. I think the hold 4.5-5 gallons, I have one for antifreeze and oil. I could post a pic if anyone isn't sure they have seen them. Fire department goes through them quick, most just throw them out

the pans are not leaking due to dragging, it is the plug where the oil drains into when you are changing the oil, when you screw the plug back in to seal the container and stand the container up, they leak from the plug



this is my remedy for that

the place where all of mine have leaked are from the drain hole in the CENTER, not the downward spout

So don't turn it upside down. I through out that stupid center cap years ago. I use this as a catch pan only, and pour into other containers to transport.

Now if you want to hang this on the wall...
