Used a harbor freight 5gal unit for a few years and decided to upgrade my oil collection game. Northern Tool has a Roughneck 24gal unit that looks good. Got it home and assembled and was disappointed to see it was a bit shorter than the old unit. Measuring stick confirmed it only sits 68" tall instead of the advertised 72". Anyone know of an extension tube that could be purchased for these units? Would love to get another 4-8 inches out of it.

Check the pipe, on my phone, from *** miles away, looks like plumbing sink drain pipe. (Obviously, I have no idea what it really is.)

Take a chunk to your local plumbing supply, see if they can match it?

start with measuring what you need. maybe muffler pipe, plumbing pipe, electrical conduit, etc.
it will be some sort of a standard pipe or tube, it won't be specifically manufactured for the oil drain , maybe even thin wall DOM ( drawn over mandrel) tube.

Valve appears to be female and probably NPT on both sides. You could get a coupling and add a ****** to whatever height you need.
