Oil fill on a 2 ton Harbor Freight jack?

I have an item number 61406 jack, and I’m trying to figure out where the oil fill plug is. Mine looks different than what is shown in the manual. The yellow sticker says ”safety valve do not adjust”, so I know that is not it.

If memory serves, I believe it’s that’s lonely plug nearest to the reservoir.
