I'm a lube tech at Toyota, you need one of these:

make sure you get one that has the 3/8 drive hole in it, its a PITA to get one that only has the 15/16" drive on it
some guys at my work use a plyers type wrench for the MZ series motors but I havent needed one.
also pick up a long 14MM for drain plugs, your hands will get a lot less sore, some of those plugs are tight. matco makes one part #RBZXL1314
