Trying to figure out what oil I should use in this machine, in the lubricator reservoir that is. The user Manual gives me the following list of acceptable lubricants:

TAMOIL:WHITE MINERAL OIL 15
SHELL:ONDINA OIL 15
BP:ENERGOL WT 3
TOTAL:LOBELIA SB 15
ESSO:MARCOL 8

Looking for a comparable that can be obtained hopefully locally.

Any input or advice on this? I'm lost and really dont want to toast the pumps.

Thanks in advance!

I have a Coats RC-10a tire machine and just use ATF in the air oiler. It works great! The only complaint about using ATF is when I use the bead blaster on the tire machine,.. you get a good whiff of ATF fluid in the air. Using mineral oil would be my personal recommendation to you,... but it costs more than ATF (at least here it does)

I've been in similar situations looking for oil and found you best resource is an oil distributor. It seems like all oil today is different than what it used to be.

An oil distributor in Seattle gave me the Shell Tech line and they have been very helpful on deciphering old and new oil requirements. Their number is 1-800-237-8645. Unfortunately, the oil that I ended up buying for my nibblers only came in 5 gallon cans.
