oil funnel for GM ecotec engines?

Hello all, I typically work on GMs and use an assenmacher GM funnel, and their adaptor as necessary (L5P duramax), for doing oil changes. However, this style doesn't fit GMs ecotec engines, specifically the 1.4L Turbo.

Does anyone know of any company that makes one that fits this application? It doesn't look like assenmacher makes anything to fit these, but I'm wondering if someone else does.

It's not really necessary, the oil fill is super easy, but I like the convenience of the connecting funnels.

Thanks!

Try MotiveX tools. I've got their funnel, along with an Assenmacher, that screws in for my Toyota. They might have something that works for your model. Can't believe the shitstorm I caused on this site when I bitched about adding oil to my Toyota and told people that I'd bought a special funnel for the application. I thought I was telling the world about a solution to what I considered to be a problem. The tighter than two coats of paint crowd couldn't believe that I spent $20 on a funnel that keep me from pouring half of my oil on the engine. Be prepared to be called a wimp by those that walked ten miles to school uphill both ways.

This answer is perfect. I have the Assenmacher version. I can add that it is probably the green GM/Ford one.

You will not get a drop on the engine unless you pour like a maniac.

Are you talking about the Cruze? Later ones came with an adapter to use the 1/4 turn funnel and caps. Try this GM number 118597-02537583.

Not sure what it looks like, but I use the Lisle funnel set that has a bunch of adapters. It has a few GM ones along with a bunch of others.

I have the Motivx funnel and love it.

I have one funnel and a bunch of ends. I have the Toyota, Honda and GM 1/4 turn ends, I swap ends for each job.
It is definitely a luxury tool and I don't need it, but I use it for every LOF I do and do love it.

My buddy has watched me use it and liked it, he bought the Amazon version. It seems to be the same, I have not tried my adaptors on his though to verify.

I think if I did it again I'd buy the master set, that would give you almost any combo. But I think I have $40 into what I have it it covers my needs.

I just bought this one, haven't used it yet. Purchased it to use with those damn toyota valve covers with the baffle under the oil cap.
