I was doing some powdercoating over the weekend and started getting really bad fisheyes. So i checked my filters and my water seperator and coalescing filter had a bunch of oil in them. Checked the oil level in my compressor and its right where it should be. What would cause it to start blowing oil into the lines all of a sudden? It's a 60 gallon kobalt and only 2 yrs old.

Might be the pump is wearing out a bit, more oil on the cylinder walls and it is just getting carried into the air. Also what is your duty cycle, if you are running the pump hard and using lots of air, with hotter/thinner oil more will be carried out.
Wouldn't hurt to do a super good job disassembling and cleaning the coalescing filter, and if you can manage it, blow out the lines and hoses to remove the droplets of oil that have collected. Use a disposable cartridge filter/dryer at the point of use for powdercoating gun, when I worked in a paint shop we always used a point of use filter for spraying to remove oil and water.

How often is the compressor used? Could possibly be the piston rings stating to fail.

For whatever it's worth...
I continue to use my oil-free compressor for powdercoating. The air consumption of my gun is very very low, so no need to use the larger oil-lubricated compressor. Saves me the headache of oil issues.
I also always pre-bake used parts to burn off oil residues, but I assume you're already doing that.
