Not sure if this is the right place to post this but figured there was plenty of knowledgeable people here. I am replacing oil seals on my pallet jack. One of them is marked 35-47-7/9. I know it is 35MM id, 47 od but what does that 7/9 mean? Does that mean it can be anywhere between 7 and 9mm thick?
