Oil stained slab - what finish

Pics attached. By the end of next week I should have my 18,000 BTU mini split installed, and everything cleaned out. The floor is the last step.

The slab is in good shape (level, smooth, no cracks) except for oil stains from that truck there. I just finished up a 3 month project on it, replacing the heads, turbo and exhaust, and while at it, I got all of the oil leaks.

Its a 550 SF two car garage. Will usually have the daily drivers in there, but I get busy with air tools and a floor jack from time to time. I'm sure oil/antifreeze will get spilled on it, but I will be good about cleaning up and I can be somewhat gentle with the floor jack and stands going forward

Lets say my budget for materials is around 1k. I'm open to anything from a good cleaning followed by a densifier/sealer, to a 2-3 day project with an expensive epoxy or polyurea kit.

What do ya think

To get oil stains off my concrete driveway I put mineral spirits on it, then put the good old kind of floor dry on it, let it set for 2--3 days, sweep it off

Mini split comes this week. Gonna do floors next week. Thinking polyurea.

I don't think ANYTHING will stick to an oil stain.

Greased Lightning !Full strength. Mild scrubbing. Let sit over night and hose down. Let dry. Repeat.

I have never had to do it more than twice and got amazing results.
