How much cleaning do I have to do on an oil stain?
I've read you just have to degrease it enough so the stained concrete doesn't bead water. Is that true or do I have to completely remove the stain, including discoloration?
If it makes a difference, I'm not going to be using an 100% solids product. I'm going to use Rustoleum's Professional coating, the solvent based one.
