Oil Stop Primer?

I'm looking for opinions on oil stop primer for oil spots. I emailed a couple of the manufacturers but haven't head back yet.
I think they are all pretty much the same and wanted to know if anyone has used them and whether I can put polyurea and urethane topcoats products over them?

Sd, our product is designed to be covered by an epoxy and frankly it is so black you need two coats to cover if you are lighter than light gray.

I wanted to do a polyurea system. I already have a urathane primer on most of the floor and I dont want to strip the whole thing and start over with epoxy. Do you know of another product? Also, I'm doing a rejection broadcast so I don't care how dark it is.
