Ok guys...review my radiant layout please...

I spent the day laying this out. I need to add more backboard down low to bring the dist valves up flush. But I think everything is semi close to start breaking down and soldering. Any constructive criticism is appreciated!
The black tubes run to another block for my other zone of the shop.

It's on the top left side of the boiler. I ran the pipe down to the ground.

Where is your Spirovent? PowerVent, Taco 4900?

I like the diamond plate; it's a nice touch and you won't burn yourself down while soldering. Me, I'd like the expansion tank in free air rather than backed against the wall for changing and resizing purposes in the future. Just a preference, no reason yours wouldn't work just fine. Pretty sure the Spirovent that is reference by BadgerBoilerMN is a variation of the airscoope and float vent that is already on top of your expansion tank.

Boiler is a Phantom 120 by Crown. Air purge is mounted on top of expansion tank. Tank is mounted about an inch away (out)from the mounting panel. The boiler is a direct vent so I will vent it out the side wall about 3 feet up. I'm going to mout the taco (503) to the right of the boiler and run the wiring to the circ pumps behind the mounting panel to their respected area through grommeted holes. Currently setting this with 2 zones, with the capacity to possibly run 3 later if/when an addition comes, that's why the 503.
