Those were sold through Garrett Wade a catalog tool retailer that has fallen by the wayside over the years. These were advertised as "demolition" indestructible screw drivers, for guys that don't use screw drivers for screwing screws...
I found this little beauty in my Father in Laws basement closet, hidden in an old cigar box.
It has GER stamped on the shoulder of the blade.

Google Perfect Handle, pretty sure that's what it is. Have a few myself.

First patented by HD Smith (which became Tobrin) and copied by everyone, most prominently IRWIN, in the US, but also many foreign tool makers. I'd bet the "GER" is GERMANY.
