Not a smoking hot deal or anything but right now it seems like you can get some fair pricing at sears online.
They have most tools discounted 10% off online. They also have 15$ off 100$ tool purchase. On top of that you can stack the 5$ off 50$. Lastly, you get free shipping. Note that the 5 off 50 will take your order total down 5$ prior to application of 15 off 100. So you really have to spend like 105. So basically 20 off 105

Sears still has some good USA made stuff in stock online. Some of the larger sets that are likely old stock that aren't available in store I think. For example, the other week I needed a 14mm flare wrench. I ordered up the 9 pc flare wrench set and they are all USA made. They aren't the new full polished design but those are imports now I believe.
