If am looking for a contractor to pour my new garage/shop's foundation. If you know someone that did a good job for you let me know who they are. Way too many yellow pages ads to go thru. FYI, 30x40 or 40x40, 4" for a typical steel building (I-beam). Ground req's prep work. Thanks, Al

Go find out who the concrete supliers are.....in most cases they will have an office where they also sell acc...rebar, anchors, floats, etc.

In some cases they will have a board with business cards on it....but it's best to ask them for recomendations....they will typically give you the names of about 3-4.....these will be the ones that are in there a lot....(means they are busy) and get along with everyone....I've learned that even though a contractor might be busy...if he is an AH or does poor work, the concrete guys will not recomend them....even they don't like AH's.
