Hi folks, A freind told me about this site , so here I am. I have been doing paint and body for over 23 yrs. I also build custom bikes as a hobby. and grew up in a welding shop. (jack of all trades) I am starting to build a shop at my home with limited funds. will post pics. as I progress. this looks like a great place to exchange ideas and pick up new ones. hope to get to know ya'll...

Sorgum mill estates, I heard Bretlinger sold IB's to a middleasterner? Something about 7-11 and a walmart neighborhood market going in around that area and what is with all the clearing going on at kelly and waterloo NE corner.I worked at a housing development up on Charter Oak east of broadway at bryant till my boss sold it out.

Yes, they did sell (something about a divorce) but the new owners seem ok. I've heard rumor about a wal-mart but nothing positive ...

I haven't heard anything about a Walmart, it'd be a neighborhood market if anything I'd guess. I figured it would be another housing addition.
