Oklahoma Pole Barn contractors?

I've posted a thread about the 50x60 shop that I'm building but this thread is for my brother-n-law.
He's going to build a 60x100 pole barn and would like to buy the barn kit and hire a contractor to erect it. My question is can anyone recommend a contractor in the Tulsa area? The estimates he's getting are not very consitant on price. He would like to get a price from the Amish/Mennonites but unsure how to contact them.
