Olalla Shop in progress

I have been lacking on posting pictures here is the link to my future dream shop in progress.

That is a big building, for sure! Are you planning on a second floor?
If so, how high will the ceilings be in the garage?
I like the L shaped plan, kind of affords a space for a storage/milling shop space in the middle.
Plan on living upstairs if your making a second floor?
Looks like when all is said and done, that building could be worth a pretty penny depending on how you finish it.

One leg has the second floor, wood work and lounge about 1800 sq feet. The first floor will be for car work and metal work. My father in law is acting as our GC so anything he wants to do in the shop is fine with me. We are going to start the house in the spring.

We are close, we are in between Gig Harbor and Port Orchard. We are trying to decide when to move to the area. I wish I was there now.

Nice. Im about the same distance from Olalla to downtown port orchard. And be glad you havent been here quite yet! Was windy and rainy the last week. Heavier than normal rain too

We were there for the storm just before Thanksgiving. Because of the tree the wind is not too bad, when we left for the day there was a lot of down trees.
