Old 1/2" ratchet, need help identifying who makes it

Hey guys, came across this 1/2" ratchet while cleaning/organizing my father's garage. He had it for many years and believes he bought it from a flea market. There isn't any markings on it so I can't identify the brand or where is came from. Works great and cleaned up really nice. Since I'm into older tools, my father gave it to me to add it to my collection. Any can help me out I greatly appreciate it.

if you haven't figured it out yet, take the plate off, it is most likely upside down and the writing is on the other side, The nuts were not part of the ratchet. Rich

Yeah, I was just thinking about that since I google "old proto ratchets" and just saw a few pictures of what its suppose to look like. Thank you Rich!
