Old 50's work station

would like to see some pics of old work stations restored or unrestored..I recently aquired one that needs a lot of work but will be awsome when finished, any ideas or sugestions?

Looks like you are missing the hinged doors on the lower front of yours...But very cool...I might leave it like that!

I'd love to have one refinished. But if you do refinish that one and put the Bowtie back on, at least make it the right direction. Nothing worse than a backwards Bowtie

i think I will paint it back like it was originaly, white with red across the bottom and I think the center was red also,backward bowties will not be there. I still havn't seen one just like this one. there are no sqaure edges, even the center of the bench tapers in towards the nonexisting doors.

I think they reversed them after the government bought a majority stake?
