Old Atlas drill press questions

We've had this old drill press collecting dust in our garage for years. It belonged to my husband's grandfather, who was the last to ever use it. We've decided to part with it in hopes someone can get some use out of it. Any ideas of age or worth?
Sory for the lousy pics, I just took them in the dark.

They list these around me for between $50 to $200 depending on condition. Do you have the Cover that covers the Pulley? If you don't, you'll be closer to the $50 mark. Good luck, the prices on these drill presses vary greatly depending on your location.
*edit- Just saw it was a floor model- they bring a little more

That is a '40's vintage 15" Atlas floor drill press. Unfortunately, it appears to be missing a number of important parts: motor, front pulley cover, rear pulley set, chuck, and the depth stop has been removed or modified. In that condition it will be difficult to find a buyer. Drills of similar vintage and size are quite common, with buyers generally preferring Delta or Craftsman brand machines over Atlas.

Looks like a $40 parts machine, if that. It is essentially a car with no engine, hood or wheels.

It looks like it has the foot feed attachment. it may have been used for mortising. $50- $100 range, just a wild guesstimate.
