New to me building has 2-60X16 walls that need paint. Water is getting inside in hard rains through the porous block. Whats a good economical sealer filler/paint a guy can buy. Not looking for cheap or commercial duty, just a good balance of price and long life. I assume its power wash the wall and apply but do I need any chemical treatment ahead of application or is water enough? Pictures to follow.
