Hey everyone!

Brand new here, but I figured I'd share my prospective project with everyone and see if anyone has tips/ideas/inspiration for me as I finish up the planning stage and get to the doing stage. I'm a total newbie when it comes to construction/renovation, but this seems like it could be a fun project if I can handle it safely.
I bought a house that has this barn on the back of the property. Unsure exactly what it was built for, but the best I can deduce is that it was a hillbilly auto body/mechanics shop. It's not in great shape and probably hasn't been used for anything but storage in 20-30 years, but I'm hoping to bring it back to life!
It's a 36' x 30' space, so not huge, but enough to turn into something useful. I'm planning on it being a project car work area in the far left bay, a homebrewery/hang out area in the middle bay, and a garage in the carport (far right bay). Golf simulator is also an idea at the moment, but I'm not sure how that'll fit into the space with the other uses.
The loft is undersized for any non-storage uses. My Sketchup model indicates that there is only about a 9' wide area that is over 6' in ceiling clearance. 6'8" at the peak. I'd love to make use of that space, but I'm not sure exactly how yet.
I'm going to keep perusing around this forum for similar projects (lots of great info already!) but figured I'd introduce myself and my project here and see if anyone has any input on it while I absorb the other information I can find.
So hello and thanks in advance for any help!
