Looks like they were in business around 1944. Possibly founded Sept 16, 1939.

I used to have a 6V + ground vehicle: 1940s Ford 860 tractor. it's now 12V negative ground. Keep that thing away from every modern battery!

this is my old Exide battery charger. Also showing my old Weaver press. Anyone happen to have the arm that goes from left side to the screw wheel

I think it is really cool. I wouldn't know how to restore it as I am not an electrician but it goes well with my A.

Yes it is a bit newer than my Model A-but it is still cool and would look good next to it:drool:. Come to think of it-so would the two you have.
