Friend gave me this belt sander a few years ago. It is horizontal and vertical, need to take out 2 bolts to change from h to v. Finally getting around to rebuilding it. Looks like a fence may be missing as there is a bolt in the area a fence would be. There is no name and it appears the base and sander were originally a grayish blue from what I have cleaned up. Thanks
