Old bolt identification

I've attached a picture of a bolt removed from an old water well hand pump that I'm restoring. Can someone identify the style/type of bolt that it is? The closest thing I've found on the web is one called a railway bolt.

Looks pretty easy to make to me from a normal hex head with a grinder.

Check with your local commercial pipe dealer. I recall having these bolts on old water main couplers and fire hydrants.
