Old Campbell Hausfeld Air Compressor Identification

I recently joined the forum and was wondering if someone could help me identify the type of compressor i have. I acquired and older Campbell Hausfeld 20 gallon compressor and it wont compress air. I think there should be valves on top of the compressor but not sure. I dont know much about working on compressors. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Some specs on the motor:
GE 1/4HP 115V 4.6A
MOD-5KH43AB1252X
