Hi guys,
Well I know it's only July, but I'm getting ready for the winter EARLY!!!
I have bought from ebay a very nice condition Johnson & Starley warm air central heating boiler!!!!
It's a gas fired unit, rated at approx 40,000 btu.
BUT!! A BIG BUT! I don't have natural gas laid on to the house
So I was wondering if any of you guys run a central warm air system from propane bottles, LPG, Calor Gas etc?? What would I need to do? I've heard that sometimes the burner jets have to be changed....any ideas anyone??
Alternatively, what are the implications of sticking an oil burner in it's place??
Any ideas would be much appreciated...but I am excited!!!
