I have recently acquired an old Campbell Hausfeld compressor (model # VT 3012) for a whopping $15 :bounce: . It's a 5 hp gas model with twin cylinder single stage compressor and a 20-30 gallon tank. It's in decent shape and the engine fires up well with a nice shot of starting fluid.

When I got it, I knew the reed valves in the head were shot. I can't find them anywhere to get replacements. Anyone know where I can get any?

Here's some pics of it, taken apart...

And here's the head with the missing/broken reed valve areas...

I should mention that I searched the CH website and found nothing and their question submission area is currently down...

Happy Me!!!

I hope to have it up and going this weekend!

You can make those reeds from shim stock. I did that with a Sears diaphragm compressor.
