Old Craftsman 3 ton floor jack 875.501153

I purchased this Craftsman 3 ton floor jack model 875.501153. guy stated it won't lift. I can purchase a seal kit for relatively cheap. Problem is. The guy took the pump apart to try to add fluid and couldn't figure out how to put it back together. So what I have is 3 steel balls. 2 small 1 larger. 1 small metal mushroom(ish) shaped piece. 2 springs. 1 narrow but heavy. 1 light and like a long cone shape. The 2 screw things only fit their holes. One fits the "do not adjust" hole and the other fits next to where the plunger fits. Then I have the plunger and lastly the twist screw mechanism that the handle turns. I have searched for a diagram for this jack and have been unable to come up with anything. I don't think he ever figured out how to add fluid properly as the fill plug was still undisturbed from the factory. Any help would be appreciated.
