Old Craftsman grinder

I've had this in the garage for years. Bought it for 5 bucks at an estate sale. Best five bucks I ever spent. Anyone have any info or model number for it? It's old as the hills and is stamped A-1.

I believe it is from the 30's. I have a 1936 Craftsman Bench Saw with similar decal.
