old craftsman stick welder

my dad gave me this old craftsman stick welder 220v. I dont know anything about it, except he said his friend rebuilt the inside, (not sure what that means). My questions is whats it worth? Is it worth keeping, selling?
I have a new lincoln mig welder so I havent even tried to use this.

That would be good for the thicker stuff you weld if any. I have a new miller welder my old airco welder (stick) burnt up would like to find a decent stick welder for the heavy stuff at a reasonable price.

You can convert it to be a scratch start tig

Worth $50 on it's best day
