The saw has some value. $75-$100 depending on your area and it's condition (which appears good). I'm assuming that it has a working motor. It would have more value if the wings were with it.
The grinder stand might get $40-$60 for the right buyer sold as a unit. The belt driven tools aren't as desirable as the self-contained units because they take up more space and are perceived to be less powerful/useful.
Figure on the lower end of the price range unless you want to sit on them for a while waiting for the perfect buyer to show up.
