That's a nice dish creeper, and Brookins is a classic name in 30s and 40s era special service station parts, right up there with Balcrank. Most famous for the oil pitchers with flexible spouts. But yeah, that's steep.

Thought it seemed high but I don't know enough to know. I think that's the first metal one like it that I've seen since I've become interested in old tools. I would guess not too many have survived over the years.
