Hello all,
I will be moving into a new place later this year, and am quite pleased to finally be getting a decent garage. My current 1920's model just does not cut it!! The new place's garage was built in the early 90's, and had an industrial epoxy floor put on it at that time. The floor is intact, but has yellowed severely due to a lack of UV protection (I am assuming) . My question is how to fix this. Can I recoat it or does all the old epoxy have to come up??? I have removed epoxy before and want to avoid this if at all possible!! (It was not fun at all)
What would other flooring options be coatingwise??
Thanks!

edit: I should probably mention that I am buying my parents old house, so I know the history of the floor. My father put it down whan the garage was new with leftover epoxy from an aircraft hangar job.
